By purchasing my services, you automatically agreed to the following conditions

Please read this T.O.S carefully before proceeding further. I would reject your commission if you disagree with any of the terms.

Comms are on a first come first serve basis. So get ur slots while you can

I will only respond once you have filled in the google commissions form.

Time taken varies depending on the type of commission given. If under circumstances that there’s a delay or that I need more time, I’ll let you know accordingly

Please provide relevant references to convey your ideas better. The more the better (Rough sketches from client also encouraged!!!!)

Client requests commissions through the google form provided.

I will contact the client through their provided social media to discuss details + additional references

50% of the payment to be made first before I start on the commission.

The other 50% will be made at the completion of the final product.

Waiting time can vary from 7- 20 days, depending on the type of comms service chosen, I will give updates throughout the process so watch out for that

Client is enabled to request progress updates 3 times a week (unless I give more updates myself).

Please don’t SPAM the msg box for updates thank you!

Changes can be made freely during sketching stage

During rendering stage a maximum of 2 revisions can be made. More than that will be charged accordingly.

All payment will be strictly through PAYLAH!(local) or WISE only.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part on the course of transaction.

I will only accept SGD

For those using Wise, I will start working once I receive payment (waiting at least 1 days time)

Once I start the sketch, there will be NO REFUNDS. So please double check before commissioning.

For strange circumstances if I cancel a project, I will return full payment to client.

NO AI. DO NOT include my art in any AI datasets or run my art through any AI programs.

NO NFTs. DO NOT use my art as an NFT.

Clients may use their commissions for personal use! if posted on social media, please credit and link back to me.

DO NOT use any works for commercial use.

I have the right to watermark my works. Clients will receive full resolution works via google drive or zip file. However the watermark will still be placed.

I retain the right to use such works as samples for my future commission services or for my portfolio (posting completed works via Insta or Twitter).

I have every right to reject a commission if it makes me feel uncomfortable.
